Customer Awareness

Stay Informed, Stay Safe

Fraudsters may impersonate bank officials, police, or government authorities to scam you. Be aware of the following:

  • Digital Arrest Scam: No authority will video-call you claiming you are under "digital arrest". This is always a fraud.
  • Phishing: Never share OTP, PIN, or passwords with anyone claiming to be from Tuvis Foundation.
  • Fake Loan Offers: Tuvis Foundation never asks for upfront fees via personal UPI accounts.
  • Impersonation: Verify any communication by calling our official helpline.

If you suspect fraud, contact us immediately at our grievance portal or helpline.
